A brand needs to understand what it represents before deciding how to present itself. At Estúdio Navas, brand strategy connects the business context, positioning and criteria that guide identity and experience.
When brand strategy helps
The work can support a new brand, a change in positioning, the evolution of a company or the organisation of a brand portfolio. We start by understanding the challenge, the people the brand needs to reach and the decisions that need greater clarity.
What a project can include
Market analysis, diagnosis, positioning, a brand platform, brand architecture and verbal identity are possible areas of work. The scope depends on what already exists and the decisions the project must support. Not every project needs every stage.
Strategy establishes a shared direction for naming, branding, content and design. Its value lies in the relationship between the choices and the business context, rather than the volume of documents produced.
Strategy in our portfolio
For Solune Digital, positioning and verbal and visual identity supported the transition from Ccandatten to Solune. The AGL Incorporadora rebrand connected the company’s heritage to a contemporary expression. For Z-ACT, the work brought positioning, verbal identity and strategic direction together.
Are strategy and identity the same?
They are connected areas. Strategy establishes direction; identity translates that direction into language, visual expression and applications. Depending on the challenge, they can form part of the same project.
