About IZAR

IZAR is a premium residential development in Bigorrilho, Curitiba. Developed by AGL Incorporadora, it combines distinctive contemporary architecture, design, a strategic location and a fresh perspective on urban living. Estúdio Navas was responsible for the project’s entire verbal and strategic identity, from naming and branding to its concept, launch materials and digital presence.

Challenge

Create a strong, distinctive and memorable identity for a development that would stand apart from generic property marketing. The challenge was to translate contemporary architecture into a narrative capable of supporting its positioning, commercial messaging and brand experience, connecting inside and outside, seeing and living. We needed to create more than a name: a concept with depth and coherence across its verbal, visual and strategic dimensions.

Solution

We developed a strategic foundation around movement, transformation and presence. IZAR comes from the suffix of Portuguese verbs expressing action and transformation, including realizar, visualizar, urbanizar and concretizar. More than a noun, IZAR is a verb. From this foundation, we created a complete brand ecosystem: manifesto, tone of voice, creative concept, visual system, launch materials and website, ensuring a consistent narrative from the first encounter to the final experience.
